SRP NUPUS

iNterdisciplinary Union of Porous media research at the University of Stuttgart

The SRP NUPUS was founded by the University of Stuttgart in 2015.
The central aspects of the SRP-NUPUS (Stuttgart Research Partnership-iNterdisciplinary Union of Porous media research at the University of Stuttgart) are to bring scientists, especially Early Career Investigators, and students in the field of porous media with different educational backgrounds and research interests together and give them a platform to exchange ideas, transfer know-how and foster the extension of the frontiers of human knowledge.

Integration of SRP NUPUS in SFB 1313

The funding of SRP NUPUS by the University in Stuttgart ends on 1st August 2018. However, SRP NUPUS will continue to exist. It will be integrated in the newly established SFB 1313 "Interface-Driven Multi-field Processes in Porous Media -- Flow, Transport and Deformation", which is funded since 1st January 2018 by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. Further information about SFB 1313 is available on the following internet site:  www.sfb1313.uni-stuttgart.de.

The SRP NUPUS internet-page will no longer be maintained. Information about activities in the research field of porous media will be published on the internet-site of SFB 1313 "Interface-Driven Multi-field Processes in Porous Media - Flow, Transport and Deformation".
